Standard products: 1–3 business days

Custom or pre-order products: 5–15 business days (see individual product pages for details)

II. Estimated Delivery Times

South Africa (local): 5–15 business days

Southeast Asia & East Asia: 5–10 business days

Europe, North America, Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days

Middle East, South America & Africa: 20–40 business days

Please note that these are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier schedules, public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

III. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. All shipping costs are displayed before you complete your purchase.

AeroGrid offers free shipping on all orders. No hidden fees — what you see is what you pay.

IV. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your shipment through our carrier's tracking platform.
